Integral yoga / Art of Life Program (Nederlands - English)
starts on June 17 and 24, July 8 and 15 and August 5 and 12

Choose your focus on natural wellness and/or creativity in nature.  With optional massage sessions and coaching by Fabienne, and Leela coaching by Garsett. 

Programma van Maandag tot Vrijdag

Maandag: Aankomst en Welkom

  • 14:30: Transfer Carcassonne met pickup of aankomst per trein, bus of auto.
  • Mogelijkheid voor inkopen in de (bio)supermarkt.
  • Warm welkom in de Lotus Tempel bij Fabienne en Garsett.
  • Persoonlijk programma vaststellen.

Dinsdag: Verkenning en Yoga

  • Ochtend: Rondleiding in Rennes-les-Bains, bezoek aan Harmonia, Chez Zen, en warmwaterbronnen langs de Sals.
  • Middag: Start integrale yogaprogramma met Fabienne en Garsett. Ritueel bij de Troon van Isis.
  • Avond: Vrije tijd en optie voor een helende massage.

Woensdag: Natuur en Creatiekracht (Shakti)

  • Ochtend: Klankinitiatie in de natuur met Fabienne.
  • Middag: Ontwikkeling van creatiekracht, Pont Romain, wandelcoaching naar de Cascades des Mathieux in Bugarach door Garsett. Mogelijkheid tot zwemmen in het meer.
  • Avond: Auberge Espagnol of marktje van Soulatge

Donderdag: Meditatie en Vision Quest

  • Ochtend: Mantrameditatie en korte yogasessie. Bezoek aan lokale markt, Fontaines des Amours, met optionele bronnenproeverij.
  • Middag: Vrij voor vision quest en/of persoonlijke tijd (bijv. beklimming Mount Bugarach, Bains Doux, versteend woud van Nébias, grotten van Maria Magdalena of meditatie @ Chez Zen).
  • Avond: Deelcirkel met muziek, ruimte voor loslaten en transformatie.

Vrijdag: Afsluiting weekprogramma

  • Ochtend: Optioneel deelname aan yogaprogramma met Fabienne of Leela coaching met Garsett.
  • Afscheidsbrunch
  • Vertrek van gasten die niet deelnemen aan het verlengd programma.
  • Optionele video-avond over de Katharen met  lichtwerkers

Programma van Zaterdag tot Maandag (Verlengd programma)

Zaterdag: Creatief Project

  • Doorwerken aan individuele creatieve projecten in harmonie met de natuur, met als doel een blauwdruk van een creatieve levensstijl of product.
  • Avond: Optioneel bezoek aan Serres of Sougraigne voor een culturele activiteit (cacaocirkel, ecstatic dance,...)

Zondag: Ontspanning en Afsluiting

  • Bezoek aan de kleurrijke markt van Esperaza.
  • Heerlijke lunch (of dessert) en een helend pianoconcertje in Rennes-le-Chateau.
  • Afsluiting met een sharing circle in nature.

Maandag: Vertrek

  • Potluck brunch
  • Gasten maken zich klaar voor de terugreis.
  • Afscheid nemen van de groep en de inspirerende omgeving van Rennes-les-Bains.

Program from Monday to Friday

Monday: Arrival and Welcome

  • 2.30 PM:  Transfer Carcassonne with pickup or arrival by train, bus or car.
  • Possibility to stock at (bio)supermarket.
  • Warm welcome in the Lotus Temple with Fabienne and Garsett.
  • Adjustments Personal Program.

Tuesday: Exploration and Yoga

  • Morning: Tour of Rennes-les-Bains, visit to Harmonia, Chez  Zen and the hotsprings along the Sals.
  • Afternoon: Start intergal yogaprogram with Fabienne and Garsett. Ritual at the Throne of Isis.
  • Evening: Free time and optional healing massage.

Wednesday: Nature and Creation Power (Shakti)

  • Morning: Soundinitiation in nature with Fabienne.
  • Afternoon: creation power development, Pont Romain, walking coaching to the Cascades des Mathieux in Bugarach by Garsett. Possibility to swim in the lake.
  • Evening: Auberge Espagnol or Market of Soulatge

Thursday: Meditation and Vision Quest

  • Morning: Mantra meditation and short yogasession. Visit to local market, Fontaine des Amours, with optional springs tasting.
  • Afternoon: Free time for vision quest and/or personal time (e.g. climbing Mount Bugarach, Bains Doux, stoned wood of Nébias, caves of Maria Magdalena or meditation @ Chez Zen).

  • Evening: Sharing circle with music, spave for letting go and transformation.

Friday: Closure week program

  • Morning: optional participation in Fabienne's yogaclasses or Leela coaching with Garsett.
  • Be Well brunch
  • Departure of guests who don't participate in the extended program.
  • Optional video-evening about the Kathars with Lightworkers

Program from Saturday to Monday (extended program)

Saturday: Creative Project

  • Further work on individual creative projects in harmony with nature, with the goal of producing a blueprint of a creative lifestyle or  product. 
  • Evening: Optional visit to Serres or Sougraigne for a cultural activity (cacao circle, ecstatic dance,...)

Sunday: Relaxation and closure

  • Visit to the colourful market of Esperaza
  • Delicious lunch (or dessert) plus a little healing piano concert in Rennes-le-Chateau.
  • Closure with a sharing circle in nature.

Monday: Departure

  • Potluck brunch
  • Guests prepare for the return trip
  • Parting ways with the group and the evocative surroundings of Rennes-les-Bains.
