Meditation: Sitting or standing, begin with Su Mudra. Breathe deeply and imagine how, with each breath, you gather energy in your body. As you exhale, visualize this energy concentrating in the area of your solar plexus (just above your navel), the center of personal power.

Applications:

  1. For Concentration and Focus on a Goal:
  2. During Meditation: To deepen your meditation and center your mental and physical energy.
  3. In Moments of Scattered Energy: When you are scattered, the mudra helps to gather your energy.

Inspiration: Too many thoughts, too many tasks, too many expectations... You know it well. You don't know where to start. Take the time to be still. With concentrated attention, you work smoothly and attentively without wasting energy. The mountain then becomes a flowing river that helps you effortlessly fulfill your task.

Explanation of the movement

Bring determination to your gaze. Very consciously, form the fist mudra with the thumbs inside. Gather your strength in your abdomen. With a decisive movement, open your hands with the fingers fully spread. Repeat this movement, but now focus the strength in your solar plexus. The third time, raise your thumbs. These stand for Divine power. Then, wrap the left hand around the right thumb. This is called Kundalini Mudra. This mudra is at the level of your heart. Make a vertical movement towards your third eye. This concentration of energy is now aligned with your other chakras. Slowly lower the mudra to your solar plexus, the center of your inner fire.

Su

I gather my energy and activate my inner strength.
