Centre Harmonia, nestled among natural springs and mountains, offers a magical and serene setting with accommodations in beautiful geodesic Domes, or our cozy “Bronhuisje” (Spring Cottage). You’re also welcome to bring your own tent for a full nature immersion. Several charming B&Bs are also available in the nearby village.

Sunday August 17: Welcome circle at 8 PM
🧘‍♀️ 08:30 – 10:30: Yoga with Fabienne in the OctaDome or on the outdoor yoga deck
🍓 11:00: Nourishing brunch (sweet & savory, colourful and wholesome)
🌿 Afternoon: Nature excursions to sacred spots in the mountains and natural springs
🌱 18:00: Dinner (vegan, gluten-free or vegetarian available upon request)
🎶 19:30 – 21:00: Evening activities with dance and sound to ground and integrate the energies in deep connection with the moment.

✨ Optional: book a holistic massage or voice liberation session (please reserve in advance).
🧘‍♀️ Feel free to stay through the weekend to integrate or rest. On Sunday after the retreat, there's a lively artisan market in nearby Espéraza, with local delicacies and handmade goods — highly recommended!

Fabienne is a professional dancer and movement pedagogue with years of experience as a coach. She is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher. Her intuitive approach and deep connection with sound and movement allow her to guide others to essence. Her sessions are healing, joyful, and deeply in tune with the moment.
She also offers weekly yoga classes at the Lotus House in Rennes-les-Bains, close to the natural hot springs.

You can book the Spring Cottage independently and combine your stay with morning yoga at the Lotus House and a dip in the nearby healing springs.

🚗 Transport & Accessibility

Rennes-les-Bains is located in sunny southern France and is easily accessible by car or plane.

By car:

From Belgium or the Netherlands, it’s approximately 11–12 hours’ drive.
Ideal for a scenic road trip with possible stopovers in Dordogne, Châteauroux, or Cahors (Lot).

By plane:

• Via Carcassonne: the most direct route.
  Ryanair offers direct flights from Brussels-Charleroi to Carcassonne.
  ✈️ Outbound flight: Sunday, August 17 at 11:30, arrival 13:15 (€73.50)
  ✈️ Return: Friday, August 22 at 13:40, arrival 15:25 (€101), or Tuesday, August 24 (€57)

• Via Toulouse: also possible, though a slightly longer journey to Rennes-les-Bains (approx. 2 hrs by rental car or train + bus).

🚙 Pick-up at Carcassonne airport can be arranged upon request (small fee or coordinated with other participants).
